Advice Max
A forced fad combining Advice Dog and Max Goldberg of YTMND
Summary
Inspired by Advice Dog, YTMND user eightbitprodigy created a series of parodies featuring one of the only pictures of Max Goldberg, the admin of YTMND.
Nearly every Advice Max site contains an inside joke about YTMND or Max Goldberg. Thus, the fad has limited appeal. While originally only eightbitprodigy made Advice Max sites, several other prominent YTMND users have made variations.
Some of the more common inside jokes are Max's supposed alcoholism (usually involving Grey Goose Vodka) and his reaction to trolls, specifically farkle (the creator of Moon Man) and script kiddie/spammer superdreamkilla.
Origins
The first Advice Max site was an inside joke regarding how farkle will give five stars to any YTMND with Moon Man in it.
Current status
Due to the decline of YTMND since 2008, this fad has not spread to any other websites.
Facts
- When YTMND's color scheme changed, so did the fad's.
