Summary
Chanarchive is user-submitted content, where a request for thread archival is placed by user and then the thread goes into featured threads for the board it was submitted. Whilst in the featured threads section, it will need a certain "rating" (Amount of rate ups, downs, similar to Reddit) which is uniquely generated depending on the board and other factors.
If the thread reaches the needed rating, it will be archived permanently.
