Summary

Chris Forcand was a man who was chatted with by some members of Anonymous. Said members of anonymous pretended to be underage girls. The best known of these was a supposed thirteen year old girl named "Jessica".

Logs were recorded between Chris and "Jessica". These logs featured sexual chat, including Chris offering Jessica a place to stay and for her to mail him her panties so he could "taste her". These disturbing logs were reported to the authorities, and Forcand was eventually arrested.

Origins

Chris Forcand appeared to be an older middle aged man during the incidents in 2007. This would suggest he was born between the 1940's and 1960's. He was arrested by the Toronto Police Department. He has at least one child, who he took to church frequently.
