Summary
Disaster Girl is a Photoshop meme of a young girl smiling suspiciously in front of a fire engulfed house. When the meme spread the girls face was pasted onto photos of various disasters occurring.
Origins
The original photo is of a 5 year old girl named Zoe Roth taken by her father Dave during a firefighter training session in Mebane, North Carolina, in January 2004. The photo gained it's meme status in late 2008 when it was featured in JPG magazine.
