Summary
Dramatic Gopher is a 5 second video where a prairie dog/ gopher is turning its head while the camera zooms in and dramatic music is played. The video is very famous on YouTube, having over 30 million views and over 80,000 likes.
Origins
The clip of the prairie dog is from the Japanese television show "Hello!Morning". In the show, the prairie dog is inside a transparent box being shown to the host. The audio used in Dramatic Look is taken from the score of the 1974 Mel Brooks film Young Frankenstein, which was composed by two-time Oscar nominee John Morris, and orchestrated by Morris and EGOT recipient Jonathan Tunick. The video was also uploaded on College Humor's site.
Current status
The video is still popular, even tho not as popular as it was in 2009 or 2010.
