Party Van
A US government agency that specializes in intelligence. Much like Santa, they know if you've been bad or good, but unlike Santa, your bad behavior will get you a lot worse than coal.
Refers to the black vans that many US Federal agencies use when surveiling or arresting suspects. To be "v&" or "vanned" means receiving a visit from the party van which inevitably results in an arrest, specifically by shadowy, federal authorities. No one wants to visit the party van.
Common usage
Also known as The FBI, The Authorities, Big Brother, or The Man, the Party Van is Serious Business.
The Party Van is what happens when an unsuspecting web-surfer decides to download pirated music, cracked software, or CP onto his computer, without first getting behind a proxy.
