An exploitable cartoon meme
Summary
Technically a forced meme, since it never went "viral," FSJAL is a simply drawn cartoon that can be made with MS paint to look like almost anyone (although he already bears a striking resemblance to Brian Peppers). It's also known as "Excited Fists Guy" or "Anticipation Guy".
Origins
FSJAL reportedly originated from a comic named "Smash Broters" (no, that's not a typo - it really was misspelled) posted by this guy on 4chan's /V/ board. Naming the meme was left up to the first post ending in "69".
