Summary
Falcon punch is a move in every iteration of the popular Nintendo franchise, Super Smash Bros. On the internet, it is used to make abortion jokes. This is the internet after all.
Carrying out an IRL Falcon Punch is a simple procedure done in a few steps:

Origins
Falcon Punch is a powerful, slow, and dramatic move that first appeared in the 1999 N64 fighting game Super Smash Bros. F-Zero's Captain Falcon is the user, and it is activated by pressing the B button. While it often misses and leaves the user vulnerable, hitting someone when playing with friends is universally considered hilarious and devastating. It should be noted that as F-Zero is a racing game, the Falcon Punch was originally created for Super Smash Bros. It does not exist in any way shape or form in the original franchise.
After the meme died for some time, it regained popularity after a clip from the anime F-Zero: GP Legends became viral. The clip consists of the last episode of the anime, where Captain Falcon jumping out of his car, yelling "FALCON PUUUUUUUUUUUUNCH!!!!!!!" and punching Black Shadow, the villain of the series, and cutting away to a shot where a massive, vertical explosion the size of a galaxy can be seen. Since then, the Falcon Punch has become a staple of epic attacks.
Current status
Falcon punch is often referenced when someone sees a teen pregnancy or something unrelated that they do not like. It is the go-to call for violence, replacing the previous round house kick.
