Origins
Jags guy comes from a fan shot of a section of Jacksonville Jaguar fans. The Jaguars were losing to the division rival Tennessee Titans 23-3 with very little time left in the game. This game occurred on October 18, 2010.
Current status
Jags guy will appear in EVERY reaction thread on /sp/. He does not appear often in Jags threads because Jags threads do not appear often anywhere.
