A 'Juggalo' is an individual with an unhealthy obsession with the "musical" workings of rap group Insane Clown Posse. They are known for wearing clown make-up in public, bumming around trailer parks, showing devotion to the 'family', going to Juggalo gatherings, and having children out of wedlock. Many can be found online on Youtube, Myspace, and occasionally in Furry communities.
Common usage
"I ran into a herd of Juggalos at Carl's Jr. last night."
