It means leet in internet slang. L=1 E=3 E=3 T=7
A longer version of saying leet (1337) is elite (31337). 1337 is an Internet language where you are suppose to put numbers and symbols together to look like letters. 1337 usually has improper spelling in it. It is not something you should use in your résumé or curriculum vitae.
Common usage
1337 is a language used in AOL chat rooms, e-mails, text messages, tweets, IRC and other communication you will find on the Internet. Sometimes it's used to bypass word filters. It can also be used to describe the hackers of the internet, but it is most often used by script kiddies and adolescent/teenage girls.
