Summary
If you look at Chinese forums, you may see images of a face of a pudgy teenager pasted upon various other faces, like how Nicolas Cage's face is posted upon various figures in the west.
Origins
Some guy posted an image of 19-year old Qian Zhijun, a portly guy from Shanghai, on the internet. Chinese internet users found the photo, took the face from it, and started pasting the face on heads of various other figures. Qian at first was mortified, but he grew to accept the meme.
