"Lolita" and "loli" has come to be used as a general reference to a young girl perceived by pedophiles as seductive or sexually attractive.
Common usage
The term comes from Lolita, a book by Vladimir Nabokov, and is used by perverts looking for a way to justify looking at naked cartoon girls portrayed as very young.
