As the video quickly began to spread, it caused an outrage all around the world. There is currently an investigation going on to identify the men and have them charged for their actions. As of now, two of the four have been reported to have been identified. The story has been discussed in almost every major news outlet around the world, having negative reactions from leaders to celebrities. Meanwhile, the video has America yet again hated by the majority of the world.
