The creator and admin of YTMND

Summary

Max Goldberg, whose YTMND username is simply "max," is the owner of YTMND and the nearly-defunct dustindiamond.com, which Dustin Diamond himself unsuccessfully sued Max for. From New York City, Max created the first YTMND, which contained footage of Sean Connery saying "you're the man now dog" from Finding Forrester.

There are many YTMND rumors and inside jokes about Max, few of which have been proven. These include that he is always drunk on Grey Goose Vodka, plans on selling YTMND to 4chan, is secretly female, and is Jewish (the latter of which he openly debunked). Max dislikes Moon Man because he thinks it is unfunny and once threatened to ban everybody who made Moon Man sites (but eventually only banned some of them).

Current status

In 2010, Max introduced the controversial "YTMND 2.0" which caused an uproar from several users due to its unusual color scheme, but introduced "YTMND 2.1" one year later which was better received by the community.
