No homo is a phrase appending to any statement that might appear to express homosexual feelings and intent of wanting male-on-male anal sex.
The phrase was coined by rapper Cam'ron, who is known to dress in pink, which might explain some things.
Common usage
The phrase is used among urban youth and suburban thugs after saying something that sounds potentially gay in order to defend their heterosexuality so that others don't suspect them of being a gay thug.
