Sparkledogs
Stock drawings of over-dressed dogs is probably the understatement of the century. It's like if "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" and "Pimp my Dog" had a baby.

Summary
Sparkledogs are what make up a good chunk of pre-teen submitted art on the glorious DeviantArt website. The dogs in question are often decked out in ridiculous hairstyles, stage make-up, accessories, random horns and wings, and strangely colored eyes. Despite all sparkledogs looking pretty much the same, the artists behind them are obsessed with staving off potential art stealers to the point where they will lose it if they see another sparkledog piece that uses even a pixel of color that they have claimed for themselves. Sparkledogs come in other forms such as "Gloomdogs" which are basically dogs wearing Hot Topic attire, "Ravedogs, which are just black and rainbow dogs with glowsticks, "Scenedogs", which are a "hipper" version of Sparkles. "Sparkleanimals" that feature other animals besides dogs, and "dogification" which is when a popular character, person, or thing is "dogified". The images are SFW but they may induce seizures.
