Hearts of fire. Land of ice.
Sweden is an expanse of ice far north of any habitable area. Sweden contains about 9.5 million people (8 million Swedes, 1.3 million Finns, and 200,000 Sami) and 13 million sled dogs. Sweden is different from the other countries on Earth in that it has only two days a year, instead of 365.
Sweden was discovered by Danish Vikings in the year 200 AD. They quickly formed a nationalist spirit and decided to be entirely NOT Norway or Finland, even though their flag is nearly identical to the Norwegian and Finnish flags.
Sweden isn't actually the home of Brøderbund; Brøderbund was an American gaming company. Brøderbund, however, used the Swedish coat of arms and language as an inspiration for its own name and logo. Brøderbund made computer games in the 90s, including Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego and Prince of Persia. Brøderbund now manufactures desktop-publishing software like PrintMaker.
Swedos are Sweden's current cultural export. A Swedo is a Swede who pretends to be a guido. The result is a stupid-looking amalgam of Nordic superiority and Jersey inferiority. Swedos have become important enough inside of Sweden to build a leading political party, and important enough outside of Sweden to garner international condemnation. As the Swedish government acknowledged raging gonorrhea in Swedo neighborhoods, foreigners lampooned Swedos online at such sites as Urban Dictionary and 4chan.
Besides the Swedo problem, Sweden has difficulties with the indigenous Sami population, who like to eat shrooms and wear bear skins.
Sweden exports physical goods, including Swedish Fish and military hardware.
