Techno Viking
That finger says it all. Now DANCE.

Summary
The video beings with a shot of a blue-haired girl, who is dancing to techno music. A portly shirtless man bumps into her, seemingly on purpose, when 'Techno Viking', a large, bearded Nordic man appears suddenly and arrests him with one hand. After a brief exchange, which can't be heard on the video, he sends the man away with a stern look, and a pointed finger which leaves no doubt as to his resolve.
Seconds later, someone appears offering an upturned water bottle, which Techno Viking takes, drinks, and returns before breaking into dance for the remainder of the video.
Origins
KNEECAM No. 1 was a short video produced by Matthias Fritsch in 2000 at the Fuckparade street festival in Berlin, Germany.
Current status
Techno Viking is currently suing to keep his likeness off the internet.
