What I love about the Internet

In our current generation, we are able to access a mind-blowingly huge, vast amount of information, the likes of which would seem unfathomable to our ancestors, the quest for knowledge, the ability to learn and interact and make new friends all across the globe is something we can truly consider ourselves "blessed" for.

Or, if you'd like a more hand waving answer; Much like anybody of our generation, video games go hand in hand with internet "addiction" so here I am.

About me

Hey. I play video games, kind of a lot. I'm what you'd call an expert and by expert I mean I have nothing better to do. Sort-of why I am here I guesssss.

Also, I'm Scottish. Without the accent.

Video Games

Welp I guess I should talk about these. I play a lot of stuff, mostly competitive multiplayer team-based games, suchas Team Fortress 2, Monday Night Combat, etc.

I'm slowly trying to return to my roots, getting involved with Civilization, Diablo and Warcraft-esque games.

Of course, with the startling return of the fighter genre I have been unable to escape my first love. My mother of all people began my addiction early, with Street Fighter II, practically begging me to play with her. From there it spiraled through the usual avenues.

While I am a big PC gamer, I also play console games, and ofcourse grew up on the Megadrive (Genesis), then went to nintendo 64, playstation, etc.

Indie games are cool too.

Streaming

In late 2008, myself and some friends decided to get in on the "internet streaming" craze. Our website has gone through the usual twists and turns a community goes through, and is in it's third year. Nowadays it's a more off-hand hobby of mine, rather than a daily thing as it used to be, you can still sometimes catch my streams on the website above, if you are curious.

I used to have a dog, he was really cool. He pissed everywhere though.
