Summary

Woll Smoth is a simple meme that involves shooping celebrities' faces to have tiny eyes and mouths. A tiny mouth talks differently, so Will Smith becomes Woll Smoth. While Smoth was the original, any celebrity is vulnerable to becoming Smoth'd. After the eyes and mouth are shrunk (bonus points for making the nose bigger), the vowels of the celebrity's name are then adjusted.

The meme does not need images, either. Just playing with vowels can be an iteration of the meme. See below for an example:
