Summary
The joke is in the fact that most forever alone internet users like to posture as if they'd reject even the most attractive of women based on small, sometimes imperceptible flaws. Or flaws that have nothing at all to do with the woman herself.
Common "flaws" include:
- Mismatched bra and panties
- Arms too muscular
- Tan lines visible
- Ugly furniture in background
- House plants require care

It's a bit of a meta joke arising from the overly-critical reactions to postings of beautiful women on various forums such as Reddit and others.
