xChan Directory Dumper
Software allowing people to dump entire directories onto chan websites.
Summary
xChan Directory Dumper is a C++ program that was developed by an anonymous programmer to dump file directories. The original version had a 30 image limit instilled by the developer to prove his program wasn't just for spam.
This software works on Windows and Linux. Sorry Apple users. 4chan has in the past blocked the program, but it is unknown if this ban has been lifted.

The download links are sometimes edited by hackers and lead to malware infested XChan dumpers. Check the downloaded file, if you got the real McCoy with the following hashes:

Origins
v3.1 came out in September 2009 to fix alphabetical imaging as well as the pause/cancel buttons.
Current status
This dumper is still used to dump on sites like 7chan and other image boards where the users are appreciative of porn and rage comics.
