A Brazilian man named Marco Fiorito made 2g1c as the trailer to the film Hungry Bitches. He specializes in making fetish films. Many of his films were declared illegally obscene in the United States.
It was popularized on the internets by n00bs who had never seen a video before. It is one of the most notorious shock videos of all time, and Youtube reaction videos of it are very popular, with several having multiple millions of views.
Current status
It is currently still very popular to film and upload reaction videos to Youtube.
