Summary
Bear Grylls is the subject of a British documentary series called Man vs. Wild, where he travels to secluded or exotic locations, and eats bear shit and drinks his own piss to survive.
This led to the construction of macros with Grylls in odd situations, and typically concluding that he must drink his own urine to survive.

Current status
This meme was fragile to begin with - and did not possess Bear Grylls' survival skills.
On May 17, 2011, Bear posted a picture to his twitter with the comment,
"In honor of all your replies about pee drinking, I am on vacation in LA. Looks like I have to drink my own pee"
