Milhouse is Bart's best friend on The Simpsons who is known for being uncool and desperate for attention. He is known on /b/ for not being a meme.
Origins
The origins are not known, other than the fact that Milhouse has been part of the Simpsons since the first episode in December of 1989. He has been posted on 4chan since at least 2006.
